Prepare yourself to take a flight
In 4 steps, you will learn to:
- Define your personal goal related to air travel.
- Identify and overcome certain misconceptions about flying.
- Use emotional regulation techniques to manage your fear.
- Develop and adopt a mental visualization tailored to your goal.
A trainer, who is also a sophrologist and Air France crew member, will lead the online course.

- The program consists of 4 sessions, each lasting 2 hours, and is held every Tuesday for 4 consecutive weeks.
- After your first flight following the workshop, there will be a one-hour debriefing to help you build lasting confidence

The cost of the workshop is 1,800 euros, including tax.
At the end of the training, you will be able to:
- Understand how stress works, recognize its signs, and learn simple techniques to manage it better.
- Discover the crew's role and gain a deeper understanding of how an aircraft works.
- Put your skills to the test in an immersive flight simulator experience.
A preliminary interview with a psychologist
When you register for the "Stress-Free Flying" workshop, you will receive a questionnaire to determine the origin and nature of your anxiety about flying.
- A month before the workshop, a psychologist from the Anti-Stress Center will contact you for a one-on-one 45-minute interview.
- Together, you will analyze your answers to the questionnaire and create a personalized plan to help you cope with your anxiety.
- This interview is a prerequisite for the one-day workshop.
After the workshop
- For 12 months, you can inform us by email of your flight bookings with Air France, Hop, and Transavia.
- The crew will be informed of your participation in this workshop and will make every effort to offer you special care whenever possible.
