To start your meal, we offer aperitif biscuits accompanied by a glass of champagne or your drink of choice.

After a delicious starter, you can choose between 2 hot dishes crafted by Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin. These dishes are available on flights from Paris, Cayenne, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, and Saint-Denis in Reunion Island.

Finish your meal with cheese and a delicious dessert, such as a vanilla chou craquelin or Paris-Brest, before enjoying coffee, tea, or a French digestif.
