How to drop off your baggage
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, we will be pleased to welcome you the day before your departure, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Terminal 2E, Departures level, check-in area 12/13. This service is available from Paris-Charles de Gaulle for flights to the Americas, the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean, and certain destinations in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East**. Please note: this service is only available 24 hours before departure for flights to the United States. To benefit from this service, each passenger must present themselves in person with their baggage and travel documents (identification used during the trip, health documents, etc.). Traveling as a family? Families may be represented by one passenger with parental authority. This passenger must be flying on the trip and present the required travel documents for all family members.
Exceptions
If your child is traveling alone, please drop off their baggage on the day of departure. Animals traveling in the hold must be checked at the airport on the day of departure. Tax refund procedures must be completed on the day of departure at the customs office. Remember to bring any receipts for articles you purchased.

Please note: baggage wrapped by unapproved means (notably with household plastic wrap) will be refused at check-in. These materials can damage airport equipment and delay baggage delivery. Official baggage wrapping services using film wrapping are available in Terminals 2E and 2F.
* Except for the 1st baggage item on flights between Europe and North America for passengers with Light fare tickets. In this case, the online fee for the additional Baggage Option will be identical to current airport prices. **This service is not available for flights to Algeria, Armenia, Georgia, Irsael, Morocco, Russia, Tunisia and Ukraine.
