Shanghai has an interestingly diversified architecture. You can visit the Longhua temple, the oldest and largest monastery in the city, the former residences of Sun Yat-Sen, the founder of the Republic of China or Soong Ching Ling, “the mother of modern China”, and Lu Xun, famous Chinese author. Why not take a walk along The Bund? You will have a magnificent view of Shanghai's skyline. You can also go shopping in the pedestrian street of Nanjing, a 5-km long artery.
